Delivery

Delivery to UK mainland is £1 for up to 10 plates. Orders will be posted by Royal Mail second class and should be with you within 3-4 working days. If you have not received your order within 2 weeks please contact us quoting your order number and date of purchase so we can deal with your query.

For bulk orders of over 10 plates please contact us.

Returns

We hope that you are happy with your SMILE plate. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.

Please send an email to returns@smileplate.co.uk for the return address and what details to include with the return.

• Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us or are damaged during delivery.
